There are many reasons to start over. Job changes, family health, and divorce force people out of their homes, and onto someplace new.
So what can you do to lift the burden of major life changes?
Choose somewhere calm and beautiful for a fresh new start. Somewhere like St. George, Utah.
Why choose St. George real estate?
1. Zion National Park
Thanks to Zion National Park, St. George is bustling with business and culture.
Many flock to the area for canyoneering and rock climbing, wanting to experience Utah’s famous sandstone canyons and rock walls.
2. Luxury Homes
If you have a bit of extra cash, finding the right home will lead you right to St. George, Utah. Homes in St. George go for 500,000 dollars and more, but have the look, class, exteriors, and interiors to match the price.

i climb and i absolutely adore southern utah!!!! the sandstone there is gorgeous and it’s not as crowded or well known as the grand canyon. much more accessible and it makes for a great trip. i’d love to have a home near there!
Golf courses, huh? To each their own. I think they’re pretty, but I don’t know if I would buy a home on top of one. My friends got married on a golf course, though, so I’ll have to let them know to move to st george, lol!
