Most dental practices today strive for online success. They want to have websites that are informative, useful, engaging and attractive. It’s almost a given that if a dental practice has a great looking website, they are going to be more lucrative. But a lot of businesses don’t have time to create web content or manage a good looking website. That’s where dental SEO comes into play. By outsourcing the SEO content and management to a marketing firm, dental practices can reach a greater audience, have better Google and Internet rankings and provide better service to patients.

When websites are effective and available, dental practices are reaching thousands of potential new customers every day. With dental SEO, practices are sure to be found, and utilized.

It is in the best interest of a dental practice to never discount the value and effectiveness of SEO and other online marketing tools, such as pay per click services, social media, RSS feeds and more. Hiring out a company who uses a dental web marketing system for dental website design, will leave the customers nothing but satisfied. Studies show that only 11 percent of agencies who do their own dental SEO are satisfied with the results, while 21 percent have claimed to be highly satisfied when outsourcing dental SEO to a reseller. Another option for dental marketing could be email marketing, which nets a $39 return on investment (ROI) (which equates to $40 for every $1 spent).

A great dental website design is easily one that is easily found on the Internet, because 93 percent of all online experiences begin with a web search. Also, about 58 percent of online users have researched a product or service (like the best dental websites) online. Therefore, the first step for a dental website design is getting the dentist’s brand out there and known. Gaining a professional web presence that reflects the brand or logo of the practice is one of the most successful techniques to use for website and its relevance.

Having a virtual office (website) that embodies the philosophy and sprit of the physical office is very important. Dentists will want to use their website to show prospective patients that they and their staff are professional and highly experienced. By informing website viewers that they are a professional business with a take no nonsense attitude, the will build trust and loyalty among their patients. When patients know and understand where a dental practice stands, as demonstrated on their website, they will respect the practice and will want to be a part of a professional organization.

  1. I’ve seen great dental websites and I’ve seen not so good websites. It honestly doesn’t matter to me. I use my dentist on a telephone and office visit only. So it really doesn’t matter to me what their website looks like.

  2. ^^ I am sorry for anyone in this day and age that doesn’t think that website appearance matters. It speaks volumes about the business when their site looks good. That usually means they care about their practice and about their patients.
